TERMS OF SERVICE — ORCHEL
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of orchelbeauty.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by Orchel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
To place an order on the Site, you may be asked to provide certain information (such as your name, phone number, and delivery address). You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2) PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We offer products for purchase through the Site. We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and content at any time. We take reasonable steps to display product information accurately; however, minor variations in color/appearance may occur due to lighting, device screens, or manufacturing tolerances.
3) ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, inability to confirm the order, or delivery limitations.
We may contact you (by phone/WhatsApp/SMS) to confirm your order details before fulfillment. If we are unable to reach you to confirm the order, the order may be cancelled.
4) PRICES, FEES, AND PAYMENT (LEBANON)
We currently operate within Lebanon. All prices are shown on the Site. Any delivery or service fees (if applicable) will be communicated during checkout or order confirmation.
Available payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the total amount due upon delivery.
• Prepaid Transfer (Wish Money or OMT): If you choose to pay via Wish Money or OMT, payment details will be shared during order confirmation. Your order may be processed after payment is received and verified.
If prepaid payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation, we may cancel the order.
5) DELIVERY (LEBANON)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier conditions, and operational circumstances. You are responsible for providing a reachable phone number and accurate delivery address to ensure successful delivery.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
6) RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your purchase may be eligible for return or refund in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy available on the Site. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Refunds & Returns Policy, the Refunds & Returns Policy will apply for return/refund matters.
7) PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and design elements—is owned by or licensed to Orchel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9) PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Site’s security or performance, transmitting malicious code or spam, or infringing on our rights or the rights of others.
10) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Beirut, Lebanon.
